Coronavirus is one of the biggest disaster in this century. It's about 30 times more lethal than the season flu and I think that the response of our government has been appropriate. Decision about closing schools, cinemas, theatres, airports and canceling all mass events was quick enough to slow down spread of coronavirus as fast as for example in Italy. Italian showed us how not to deal with pandemic. They ignored an order to not tohang out with friends and now Italy is the country with highest death toll and also the epicenter of a pandemic. Looking at other societies, I am so proud of mine. I think we- Polish do a lot to slow down spread coronavirus. For example many Polish celebrities promote campaign '' Stay at home''. I know it will take months to get rid of coronavirus, but looking at what Polish society and government have done since the first infection in Poland, I'm sure that we will defeat this virus.

    So I guess you didn't hear about teenagers organising 'coronaparties'? Yesterday, I met four students in the forest - they were clearly not living together and still they went out together for a walk (and a beer, I suppose).

Vladimir Lenin

  Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov, one of the most influential dictators in the world that undoubtedly changed the course of history, was born in  Ulyanovsk in 1870.  As a teenager, Lenin became politically radicalized after his older brother was executed  in 1887 for plotting to assassinate Tsar Alexander III. Kim Il-Sung

Kim Il Sung was the founder of North Korea , who with help of  highly effective propaganda  system enabled him to rule unchallenged for 46 years over one of the world’s most isolated and repressive societies. Kim Sung-Ju (his real name) was born in 1912 in Pyongyang but shortly after his birth his parents decided to move to Manchuria in order to escape the Japanese rule of Korea. While still being a student, Kim joined a communist youth organization and for his activities with the group in 1929-1930, he was arrested. After the Japanese invasion on Manchuria in 1931, Kim joined a guerrilla faction run by the Chinese communists called “ The Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army”.
