What happens when you work from bed for a year
For many people, working from home has also come to mean working from bed. Getting dressed and commuting to an office has been replaced by splashing water on your face and cracking open a computer as you settle back under your blanket. Unfortunately, the reality is that turning your bed into your office can trigger a slew of health problems, both psychological and physical.
In my opinion, working from bed is for sure the path of least resistance. It’s comfortable and pleasant but I think that its consequences clearly show us that it shouldn’t be practised under no circumstances. Sitting on a bed for too long causes strain in the neck, back and hips what then may lead to pain in these parts of the body. Furthermore, when you work from bed it ruins your productivity and sleep habits because our brain no longer considers bed a place for sleep but a place where your ideas come, causing disorders such as insomnia.

Very true! We should try and behave as if we were going to work or school - shower, dress and sit up behind a desk.
